o Liz Bates, Director of Midlands and East, National Lottery Heritage Fund, presents an
overview of the sector
o Olivia Basterfield, Museum Development Programme Officer, Museum Development
Midlands, focuses on museums in the region
o Susan Leadbetter, Chair of the Diocesan Advisory Committee, on the plight of parish
churches
o Sarah Grundy, Senior Commissioning Officer for Historic Places, Lincolnshire County
Council, provides a public body perspective

An afternoon of networking and celebrating Lincolnshire heritage heroes: taking forward the
ideas and suggestions of Colin Hyde of the East Midlands Oral History Archive, who spoke
at our last conference about recording the stories of how Lincolnshire’s heritage has been
