A FREE Workshop for groups involved with heritage – 28th October

MEET THE FUNDER : THE HERITAGE LOTTERY FUND

A FREE Workshop for groups involved with heritage

In partnership with HLF

WEDNESDAY, 28TH OCTOBER 2 – 4pm

DOBSON’S MILL AND HERITAGE CENTRE, BURGH LE MARSH, SKEGNESS PE24 5JZ

Have you heard of the Heritage Lottery Fund but thought that they only support big projects like Lincoln Castle or museums and windmills?

NOT TRUE!

This workshop is a chance to meet the funder and hear about other things they want to fund in Lincolnshire.

Learn about the smaller ‘Our Heritage’ and ‘Young Roots’ grants  as well as how to go about making a larger bid.

What is Heritage, and why is it important?

Discover how HLF can help you protect those things that we’re at risk of losing forever; from Lincolnshire dialect, to memories, myths and legends, old photographs, to weathered gravestones and graveyards and ancient grassland  – if it can tell a story, it might be fundable.
