PROTECTING OUR HERITAGE – FREE FUNDING WORKSHOP

A FREE Workshop for groups involved with heritage

Friday, 23rd October 2015 from 10:30 to 12:30

Ayscoughfee Hall, Churchgate, Spalding, Lincolnshire PE12 2RA

Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service in partnership with Lincolnshire Heritage Forum

What is Heritage, and why is it important?

How can we gain funding to preserve, record and sustain our heritage?

Discover how LCVS can help you apply for funding that could protect those things that we’re at risk of losing forever; from the Lincolnshire dialect, to memories, myths and legends, old photographs and film, to weathered gravestones, graveyards and ancient grassland  – if it can tell a story, it might be fundable.

This workshop will help you think about the different things we call ‘heritage’ and what you can do to help protect it for future generations to enjoy.
