Industrial Heritage in Kirton in Lindsey – May 10th

Meet and finish at Kirton-in-Lindsey Town Hall, DN21 4LZ

A 2 hour guided walk around the rich industrial past of Kirton in Lindsey.

Kirton once boasted a ropewalk, gas works, foundry, and 4 windmills in addition to the usual array of countryside crafts and skills.

This walk will take you on a tour of Kirton’s industrial past when the air would have been filled with smoke and noise.
