Introduction to becoming a Heritage Steward – Saturday 11th October 10.30am – 3.30pm, Grimsby

Old Clee Church Hall, Church Lane, Grimsby, North East Lincs, DN32 8NB

The Heritage Trust of Lincolnshire has extended the successful ‘Lincolnshire Heritage at Risk’ project into North East Lincolnshire.  This one day event, to be held at Old Clee Church Hall, will teach you the skills required to become a volunteer Heritage Steward for the project.

We aim to offer an enjoyable day discovering the rich heritage of the area; a practical session will give you the opportunity to have a go at surveying some historic buildings in the village.  Lunch is provided.

There is no obligation to sign up as a volunteer but we welcome all who wish to do so.

All events organised through this project are free to attend.  Open to all, no experience is necessary; those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL as there are limited places.  To book contact heritage-at-risk@lincsheritage.org or ring 01529 461499.  www.lincshar.org
