War-time Farm and Foreign Fields

A Living History Day presented by the Museum of Lincolnshire Life in partnership with the SLHA. 1940’s entertainment inspired by war-time life on the farm and remembering the forces abroad in World War Two. Includes an outdoor concert of 40’s music, a working military camp and demonstrations of agricultural life when steam drove farm machinery and women got into their overalls and joined the land army. There will be displays of food and rations from the period.

Admission FREE – last admission 3.30pm
